1 Eden Park Drive

Eden Park was awarded to Precise on the basis our team could deliver a quick turnaround for an IFA package, there were 3 stage to this project including ongoing design changes to suit the on site as fabrication and erection of the job was happening as soon as architectural & engineering sign off was approved. The 3 stages consisted of a shade Pergola structure which incorporated curved structural members to form 5 overhanging canopy’s, level 7 was a plant deck made up of handrails, platforms and stairs including stringers & several davit arms located around the roof structure. Level 8 plant consisted of much of the same as level 7 but also included facia trusses. While steel detailing in Tekla Structures we also provided weekly 3D model updates in an IFC format for our client on Trimble connect. Over the course of several months we where able to coordinate and update steel throughout the project to accommodate changes on site so installation was a smooth as possible which helped with the tight schedule.
